2. Provide Your Pet’s Details
Help us understand your pet’s size and type to ensure we offer the appropriate services and packages. For euthanasia, we will ask for more specific details about the timing and location.
3. If Your Pet Is at the Vet
If your pet is currently at a veterinary clinic and you wish to arrange cremation services, please let us know. We can coordinate directly with you or your vet to arrange for the safe transport and cremation of your pet, ensuring a seamless process. Just provide us with the clinic's name, location, and your pet’s details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
4. Date & Time
Choose your preferred appointment time. We offer flexible scheduling and out-of-hours services for both cremation and euthanasia. (Weekend and evening appointments available for your convenience.)
5. Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm your booking and provide any additional information. You’ll also receive a follow-up call or email from our team to ensure we are fully aligned with your needs.
